I don't know what to say really...

hello,

I'd like to say thank you to everyone that has commented on my blog.

I lost a friend recently, he was very well read and highly intelligent. I first met him some years ago, his room was wall to wall filled with books, all the classics. We used to joke about being the 'two tramps' in waiting for Godot ( a famous book by samuel Beckett) . Its heart breaking and difficult to talk about. but its just life i suppose.

I'm having one of my paintings exhibited in London, in 'Mad Art' organised by national mind. The title of the piece is called 'screaming landscape'. I'd like to go and see it in the exhibition but i'll have to see how I go, I'll let you know.

http://www.mind.org.uk/madart/ follow this link to find out more!

I would like to say that being involved with the Mind Bloggling has helped my mental health in general, being able to put my artwork online means a great deal to me and gives me a different perspective.

I enjoy the social aspect of the group and gives me a sense of being a part of a wider community with other people who have problems.

can't think of anything else to say at the moment.

Hi Jeffri,

I just wanted to say congratulations about the exhibition - that's an incredible achievement. I'm so glad you've come along to Mind Bloggling and shown your artwork. It adds ever such a lot to the project and really demonstrates the talent that exists!

Hope all goes well in London.

Emma.

Hi Jeffri,

I think I also knew the friend you refered to in your post, and it saddened me greatly when I heard.

Many, many congratulations upon having a piece of your work exhibited in London. I do hope you are able to go along and actually see it for yourself, that would give you a huge 'boost' as to what a fantastic achievement this is. Best wishes....D

Hi

I'm a new member of staff at MAGMH and I keep seeing your name in the newspaper. You've written some great letters on the issue of mental health and it would be great if you could work with us a little bit more..

Hopefully speak to you at some point and perhaps we can work together in the future.

Dear Jeffri,
I would just like to reiterate what Shirley has said.
I am also a member of Talkbank and have seen your letters. Indeed, I have written a response to one.
I would just like to say that at the time I wrote the letter I did not know you had such upsetting health problems, and thought you were just another member of the public. As a result perhaps my letter was a little sharp and somewhat presumptive. So if it is that my letter gets into the Sentinel, or, for that matter, you read my latest blog, please do not take my comments as a personal attack. I can see from your blog that you are a wholly different person than what I imagined from your letter, your paintings are great and it is wonderful that you have some exhibited.
So,please accept my apologies for any offence caused to you, it was not intended. As Vladimir or Estragon said, although in a diferent context, that leaves "nothing to be done".
